FAQ on Moyry Rugs


Do you ship outside the Republic of Ireland?

Yes, we offer free delivery throughout the UK and deliver to many countries worldwide.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.


How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders throughout Ireland over 40 euros and the UK over £35.

International delivery charges vary and are applied at checkout.


When will my rug be delivered?

Delivery within Ireland

We aim to get your rug to you as quickly as possible. Estimated despatch times are displayed on each product page.

You'll receive tracking information prior to delivery.


When will my rug be delivered for international delivery?

International Delivery

Delivery times may vary by country for international orders. Please contact us at info@moyry.ie for an estimated delivery date. 


Will I incur taxes or duties on my order?

We are an Irish-owned and operated company, therefore no customs charges will apply unless you are ordering from outside of the EU.

We also deliver all UK orders with tax and duties paid.


How do I place an order?

 

You can place your order directly through our website by adding your chosen rug to the cart and proceeding to checkout. We also accept orders by phone or email if you prefer.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may return your rug under our returns policy.


How do I know if my order went through?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.


How long will delivery take?

Delivery within Ireland usually takes 3–5 working days. If your rug is custom-made or out of stock, estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.


What should I do if my rug arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your rug is damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
