Delivery within Ireland & The UK 

We offer free delivery on all orders within Ireland & UK. (orders over 40 euros or £35) As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Lead times vary depending on stock availability and are displayed on the product page. Please note that if you ordered multiple items, each rug may arrive separately.

If an item is only available for pre-order but you would like to know the approximate lead time, please get in touch and we will be happy to help

International Delivery

We are an Irish-owned and operated company, therefore no customs charges will apply unless you are ordering from outside of the EU. International delivery charges will be applied on the checkout page. 

Made-to-Measure Rug Delivery

Custom-size rugs are made to measure upon order. Delivery timelines are longer as this rug is being produced especially for you. Timelines vary slightly depending on the brand and production. Please find details by brand below:
