Order Queries - FAQs
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will include a tracking number and a link to the tracking page.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. If you don't see any updates right away please check back at a later point.
Lost packages
We aim to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order is lost during transit or you're unsure where your order is, please contact our customer support team at info@moyryrugs.ie or .
Damaged packages
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty rug please send a photo of the rug to info@moyryrugs.ie and our customer service team be in touch to organise a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that we will also arrange for the damaged rug to be collected from you at your earliest convenience.
