What is your returns policy?

We stand behind every item we sell and we want you to experience total satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your rug, you may return it within 90 days and we will issue a full refund. In order to return the rug, please use the packaging you received it in and ensure it is re-sealed. 

When returning products to moyry , please carefully follow these important guidelines:

  1. Preserve Original Packaging: Ensure the original packaging remains intact, and the rug has not been used or damaged in any way. If you no longer have the original packaging, please safeguard your rug during transit by wrapping it in sturdy bin liners. When rolling the rug, ensure the top pile is facing inwards and choose the shortest side for convenience. Seal the packaging securely for safe transport.
  2. Prevent Transit Damage: It's crucial to return the product as new, minimizing any potential damage during transit due to incomplete packaging.
  3. Return Fees & Restocking Fees

    1. return processing fee will be applicable, which varies based on the rug's size and return location.
    2. restocking fee ranging from €10 to €30, depending on the rug size, may be deducted from the refund to cover handling and processing costs.
    3. These fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  4. Courier Return

    You have the option to arrange the courier service to our warehouse yourself, or we can assist in arranging the return. Please note:

    1. The return courier cost is the customer’s responsibility, ranging from €10 to €50 depending on the rug's size.
    2. For extra-large or oversized rugs, the return cost will be determined based on the current pricing from the courier service at the time of return.
  5. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: The shipping cost incurred when you initially purchased the goods cannot be refunded.
  6. International Returns: For returns from outside Ireland and the UK, the cost of return, arranged by us, will vary based on the rug's size and the quote provided by our shipping partner.

How can i return a rug ?

 

Courier Collection

We can arrange for a courier to collect your rug and return it to us. The cost of this courier collection is €10 and is covered by the customer. Simply fill in our return form and we will organise a collection for you.

Alternatively, you can organise the return of the rug yourself. We ask you to please fill in our return form if you are arranging postage yourself so that we know to expect & process your return.  

In order for us to apply a refund to your account, the rug must be returned to us as new. Please make sure the rug is rewrapped in the original packaging and completely sealed. If the original packaging is damaged or there are tears, please double wrap the rug in refuse sacks or any spare plastic you have to hand. We will not be able to issue a refund if the rug is damaged in transit due to it being unwrapped or partially wrapped.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot offer returns of any kind on any custom made or made to measure rugs. Non-refundable items include anything made in a custom size, colour or design. If you are unsure of your rug, please contact us before placing a custom order and we will assist you as much as we can in making sure you are choosing the right piece for your space.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on underlay once it has been opened.

Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Can I exchange a rug?

We offer free exchanges only on orders within Ireland. If you'd like to exchange your rug please contact us.

Please note that you have 90 days to exchange a rug.
